Headshots Photoshoot Policy
Booking and Payment:
• A non-refundable $50 booking deposit is required to secure your session. This deposit will be applied toward the total session cost.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of the photoshoot
• Full payments allowed and encourage.
Cancellation Policy:
• 7 to 2 days before the session: Eligible for a full refund minus the $50 booking deposit.
• Less than 2 days before the session: No refunds will be issued.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: No refunds provided.
Rescheduling Policy:
• Clients who provide 7 or more days’ notice may reschedule their session without additional fees.
Refund Policy:
• The $50 booking deposit is non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or for delivered photographs.
Photographer Cancellations:
• If the photographer cancels the session, clients will receive a full refund, including the $50 booking deposit, or may choose to reschedule without penalty
